Sense saved data?

My fitbit sense have started to apparently show data like steps from previous day to the next day, it dosn't reset the steps at midnight even tho i have not weared it on the days, only at the workouts, but still somehow it have steps on the days it just lays there, anyone know whats the problem is ? I've tried to do factory reset but nothing changes, it should reset steps at midnight as it used to do before.

it have a few years on the neck, but haven been worn maybe around 50 times in total

Hi @Oringo - the issue may be with the watch not syncing. There are versions of the Fitbit App that can lose connection.

Try logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the Fitbit window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone and watch again.

Login and when connected with the watch pull down on the phone display to do a manual sync.
