I bought this product assuming it was for sport but from my review with the most minor impact of a tennis ball the screen shattered. While the product is nearly fresh bought, and the customer service refused to fixed or replace

My Fitbit Sense glass face is cracked but still working, where do I get the glass replaced?

Smacked mine on door handles and doors loads of times without a problem. If you want glass replacing them let me know

@AhmedAlshemiand @2023-JJCM Fitbit doesn't repair these items. You might find a place that sells such a service, but your device will never be water resistant once the factory seal has been broken.
