Have been using fitbit sense for just over a year now and the screen popped out all of a sudden this morning. Also see some kind of elastic glue that hanging. Sure i did not put it down and screen doesnt even have a scratch. Support says its out of warranty. Really? That SUCKS. Offering 35% discount on a new device. Anyone with sense will buy another sense after this experience? How do i fix it now?

If that were to happen to me, I'd take it to a watch repair shop and see if they could perhaps glue it back together. Or a shop that replaces broken cell phone screens. Since it's out of warranty, it might be worth a shot.
I have read of that happening with others on here, which is what lead me to buy a full protective cover for mine so that it doesn't happen.

I like this fix by leowood. I would not use it underwater going forward though.

You can find YouTube videos on how to replace the screen.
However if it has a one year waranty. Fitbit isn't under obligation to fix for free.
Since fitbit doesn't offer repair service, they offer a discount towards a replacement.
