I'm trying to set up my new Fitbit sense and it just won't work. I've tried WiFi and it keeps failing. Tried via Bluetooth and managed to get it to 60% at one point, but then the device restarted itself and my phone was no longer able to detect it.

 

Please help!

WiFi: When I try updating via WiFi, download stays stuck on 0% and a red cross just keeps appearing on the FitBit screen.

Bluetooth: one time the download got up to 60%, the Sense restarted itself and then my phone couldn't find it again. Another time, at around 15% downloaded the Sense restarted myself and my phone's screen just got stuck on "Installing" but the progress bar on the Sense's screen didn't move at all.
