My sense is about 6 months old. Recently it started to shut down spontaneously now and then. It doesn't matter how much battery there is left,50% or 80%,it just stops responding to the side button and after a while,the fitbit logo comes on and the watch works as normal. Its updated and synced several times,and i restarted it several times. What's wrong ?

Do you sync your watch on multiple devices? I had this issue when I used My laptop to sync and my cell phone to sync. Every time I walked into my room with that laptop my watch would go black and do a hard restart. I have windows version of the app on my laptop it not really supported anymore but regardless how i fixed the issue was to turn off always sync on my laptop app for fitbit and this stopped the issue. I believe this issue is caused by cross talk or from multiple devices trying to pair or sync with the watch. I hope this info helps if not keep asking until you get the help you need.

No I only sync it to my phone. And it happens every where. Even in the store as I am about to pay with fitbit pay.....
