Sense side button doesn't respond.

The side button won't work anymore. Why won't it work because I done nothing to it and how do I fix this problem?

Hi, @Nikki831 - check there is no dirt around the button, and restart your watch by going to the Settings menu on the watch and at the bottom, Shutdown. Wait 10 seconds and place on the charger to restart and charge it.

If you aren't used to using the button much, there is a knack which helps

Worn on the left arm -

 

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch
