Cannot find where to get my FitBit Sense repaired. The side button has jammed and cannot be depressed. Does anyone know where to get a FitBit repaired in Newcastle, NSW, Australia.

Maybe I missed something but the Sense does not have a physical button, it is a touch haptic? There is a dimple at the button but it does not really move?

Fitbit Ionic 72.1.15 (recalled), Fitbit Sense 128.6.17 and Pixel Watch 2 BP1A.250305.019.W3, March 2025.

Hi there, @Kezza1948. Welcome to the Community Forums.

Note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold. When a tracker suffers damage while under warranty , you can contact Customer Support. Discounts and replacements depend on tracker model and other factors. For more information about this, you can check our warranty policy.

However, as @Jdsenter has mentioned, the Sense doesn't have a physical button like previous Fitbit devices. Rather, it's more like a flat button.

Nevertheless, please restart your Sense as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hope this helps.

I just want to say as a long time user of Fitbit, that the Sense 'button' is a pain sometimes. Hopefully, it will be addressed to make it more 'user friendly'. Just a thought..
