Sense stopped syncing after app update

What’s happening? I’ve upgraded to the latest app version today and I can’t sync. I can see others have posted about this problem too today, what’s the problem?

I’m having issues connect to my iPhone. I removed the sense from the app as directed by support steps. It won’t add back into the app. Support said I needed to update to the latest iOS, but it still isn’t adding back in. Seems like I’m trying to fix syncing or Fitbit issues more than I’m getting to use it.

Mine is the same! Tried all trouble shooting yesterday, it finally synced but back to not syncing since.

Same for me I also tried connecting to my sisters phone while she is at my house with no luck! That was the last of the trouble shooting that I could try! She was considering getting a Fitbit as well but this doesn’t make a good impression. Have not synced since the 16th!

My Fitbit finally connected. I was in my office sitting right next to my router. Try getting closer to your router or wherever you have the strongest wifi connection. This is the only thing I can think of on why it worked. Mind you last night when I was trying this I was only 10ft further away.

I have done everything to get my Sense to sync. NOTHING works. FitBit is
sending me a replacement after they receive my Sense. Super annoying.

I have been rebooting my watch to sync. All the bluetooth functions are dead. Fitbit is learning from Microsoft.  Every other update is crap and when it's not,  a new bug is added.

I was having the same issues. I did a factory reset and everything seems to be working for now! Finally! Let’s hope it continues to keep syncing!

that worked. Lol. Literally stood right next to router and it finally synced!  Crazy that we have to do that but at least it worked. Hopefully FitBit fixes whatever they did to app that caused this issue to happen.

So after finally getting my sense to re-sync again it only lasted 2 days. I was able to get it to re-synced, but now I am unable to get on-wrist calls and notifications to pair. This is getting to be annoying.

What i observed is if there are other Bluetooth connections that are saved then sense sync is not working properly. I removed all the saved devices and synced and it worked.

Did all of that 3 times. It finally synced and leave it for two days and now it won’t sync again! I’ve never had so much trouble with a Fitbit before!

The only think that work for me was removing the device, deleting the app, re-installing everything. So far so good, fingers crossed it last. But Fitbit needs to step up and fix the issue.

Well that was the same thing that I did and my watch worked for 4 days.  Now I am having the same issue.  It seems as if this watch is no longer compatible with iOS.  Google purchased Fitbit earlier this year and magically my issues started back in March.  When I called Fitbit they don’t have a clear answer on why this is all of a sudden happening.  I hate that I am stuck with a watch that no longer works properly.

I have been having the same problem since March. I worked a lot of overtime to get this Sense and for it to stop working 4 months after I purchased it infuriates me.

Found a solution after two days of following Fitbit guidance

1) remove fitbit bands

2) Remove sense from bluetooth devices in IOS 14

3) Delete fitbit app

4) Cancel premium subscription

4) Throw fitbit sense in the garbage

5) research alternatives and move on

@satchmo62  I haven’t had any issues but I see all of a sudden there is a notification this morning within the app that sense update is available.  I am not sure I even want to proceed with updating because I feel like the replacement watch they sent will then stop working.  Have you reached out to them for a replacement?
