Sense stopped syncing with my phone

  • 2 days ago my sense stopped syncing with my phone. 
  • I've shut down my phone, restarted bluetooth, uninstall the app and reinstalled it but nothing works. 
  • If bluetooth does find the sense, I click to sync it but each time it says 'an app is needed to use this device '. The app is already installed. Help! I've only had my watch a week

That sounds correct @Kat8387 a user will not be able to pair the Sense through the phones Bluetooth. The Spence will reject every attempt, telling you to open the App, which happens to be the Fitbit app. 

  • Open the app, l
  • og into your Fitbit account. 
  • The app should start a sync. 
  • Eventually the Fitbit app will ask for permission to pair the tracker. 
  • You agree and the app will do the pairing.
