My watch stopped reading O2. Bought one week ago. Tried reinstalling clock face and loosening then tightening band. Nothing works.

What shows up in your Health Metrics, also did it show a good nights sleep?

NB. the clock face is not required on a Sense to get the SpO2 reading, it will appear in the App anyway.

I have had the Sense for several months now and the O2 sensor used to work fine. It stopped recording information three nights ago. Every other type of data is still collected and updated in the Health Metrics tab. I uninstalled and reinstalled the SPO2 app, restarted my device, etc, but this has not worked. Does anyone have advice?

What phone are you using?

Several people have reported the sudden SpO2 problem which may be a Fitbit server issue and not the watch or phone or App.

I have the exact same issue!!  Last 3 nights nothing.

This happens from time to time. Fitbit has never really fixed it. When it happens, SpO2 data are not shown in Fitbit app, but I can see them (data in the past 6 or 7 days) in Today app on the watch.

Unfortunately I don't see anything anywhere since it stopped working.   So annoying as this is important to me.  Thanks!Sent from my Verizon, Samsung Galaxy smartphone

Me too. There’s one green light and 1 red light when you look at the back of the Sense.
