My watch stopped reading O2. Bought one week ago. Tried reinstalling clock face and loosening then tightening band. Nothing works.

What shows up in your Health Metrics, also did it show a good nights sleep?
NB. the clock face is not required on a Sense to get the SpO2 reading, it will appear in the App anyway.

Best AnswerI have had the Sense for several months now and the O2 sensor used to work fine. It stopped recording information three nights ago. Every other type of data is still collected and updated in the Health Metrics tab. I uninstalled and reinstalled the SPO2 app, restarted my device, etc, but this has not worked. Does anyone have advice?
