I've used my sense since last December and have used other fitbit devices for years. Functions have stopped working; first breathing rate, then HRV and for the last 4 nights only basic sleep. I've checked and cleaned the back. The sensors aren't blocked and I haven't changed how I wear it.
I believe the firmware is the latest: 44.128.6.12
Any ideas on what is wrong? I'm about to give up on fitbit as the device is now useless to me.

Thanks. I had missed that thread. I chatted with support and they had essentially the same 'restart, reinstall everything' routine which I've now done. Can't yet tell if that process solves my problem. We'll see.
Best AnswerPer my previous note, I totally reset the device after chatting with support. NO improvement in device operation. Still only basic sleep and HRV, et. al are missing!
Update:
I used support via chat to try to resolve this and eventually it was 'escalated two levels'. Not much changed, though I don't know if anything was done over the air to the device. I was eventually told to wear it full time and in 2-3 days it would work properly. Voila, it did; for 7 days! Then it stopped reporting details again. In the subsequent 10 days, it worked properly 1 night!
This device is less than a year old so it shouldn't be old age killing it! Pretty unhappy about it. Will try support again but not optimistic.
Best AnswerI've interacted with fitbit support and was told more than a month ago: "We’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible." I haven't heard anything since and my device still only reports sleep details, HRV, etc. on a seemingly random basis. Nothing for days then it works for a week, then nothing, etc. When will the software/device become reliable enough to be useful?"
