Sense stops phone from ringing

With an old Alta still connected to my fitbit app I have identified a bug with my Sense that stops the device ringing/vibrating with a phone call. It used to work OK but an update at end of last year stopped it. Same problem with Charge 3 and Alta. All other notifications work and the test call but not a real phone call

Hi @Lois-G  - there could be an issue with the phone or even it be on silent, so first restart the phone and then check the phone settings.

Thanks for the feedback, but believe me I have tried every reset, reboot and reconnection possible. Fitbit support requested me to delete and reset as new as well as checking that I had the latest app versions and confirmed my OS was compatible. Their last resort was to send me a new device. In that process I had to use an old Charge 3 device which had a similar issue. It was then I found that deleting my old Alta from my account allowed the ringing to work. When I connected it again it stopped. So I have found my point of cause. However it historically worked with 2 devices and hence the suggestion to the App developers to look at what was changed last year to stop it working.
