My Sense has been frozen all day with the Fitbit logo displaying. None of the fixes suggested on here do anything. Please help!

Same issue just happened with mine this morning before going out on a bike ride. Was working fine then all of a sudden blanked to the Fitbit logo. Have tried turning on and off multiple times with no luck

My wife's Sense, is stuck on the logo and nothing that I have done will restart it. I am a longtime Fitbit user and understand the restart process but it isn't working. I can delete the Sense from my wife's account but it doesn't "pair" or sync while it is in the frozen state.
I have tried running the battery down and then recharging it but nothing is working. I am not a Twitter member and can't seem to get any support for this seven month old expensive peace of junk.
There is a green light from the back of the watch and small vibrations when I press the button, it does switch off and then the logo pops up again but the watch never resets.

Hi there, @ravenbooth. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Sense before reaching out.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and they've already assisted you. If you still need help or have any questions/concerns regarding the outcome of your case, please feel free to contact our team back for further assistance. 🙂

Hello, @SunsetRunner @R-Scott. It's nice to see you around the Community Forums. I appreciate your time and efforts in troubleshooting the Fitbit devices. I understand how you must be feeling.

Please note the issue you're having comes from performing a factory reset without first unpairing your Fitbit device from your Fitbit account and phone's Bluetooth settings. With that being said, I suggest following the steps below in the order listed:

  • Unpair the Fitbit Sense from the phone's Bluetooth and also make sure it's no longer connect to the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn off the Bluetooth.
  • Shut off the phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes.
  • Turn on the Bluetooth.
  • Set up the Fitbit Sense again.
  • If there is no connection, restart the Fitbit Sense.

If you can't get started with the Fitbit Sense, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

Unfortunately taking these steps was not successful and the watch continues to do exactly the same thing. Trying a forced rested only restarts it again and the Fitbit logo returns

My wife's Sense is also experiencing the same issues and I have also performed all of the aforementioned tasks.

I hope someone can figure it out for us.

Hi, Thanks for taking the time to respond, I have tried all the things that
you mentioned, several times, but nothing works, nothing gets rid of the
Fitbit logo. Phone unpaired and switched off makes no difference at all. If
I hold the reset button down the logo does disappear for a few seconds and
then pops up again.I have tried holding the reset button down so many times
my finger is sore, no luck at all.
I have run the battery down and then recharged the watch, logo pops up
again and the green light shines from the back of the watch. I have read
everything that I can find about this problem, nothing helps and I can't
get the watch out of the logo loop.
I have also tried to get through to Fitbit support but it only takes
messages/queries from Twitter members and I don't have or want Twitter so
no luck with that course of action.
So, where do I go from here?? Any advice will be appreciated.
Regards
