I purchased a third party clock face and now the screen with the instructions and code is overriding everything. I have done a reset and the face I purchased comes up. Within a minute that notification reapoers and overides any coock face. Have reset several times. Same result. This along with the other issues

Hi @SandyGalNZ,
Have you tried changing the clock face in the Clock Face Gallery on the Fitbit app? Turn your BT ON and go to your Account Settings. You should find a tile there that says "Clocks". Tap it and find a new Clock Face to switch to and then switch back to your old one.
I've heard that doing this helps with a lot of bugs with clock faces. so it may be worth a shot!
