My Fitbit Sense has been stuck on the logo screen for most of the day. The logo flashes every few seconds with a short vibration. The screen is unresponsive & unfortunately the Fitbit customer services team can find my account.
Can anyone suggest how to get my sense to respond.

Thank you so much for letting us know that your Fitbit Sense has been stuck on the Fitbit logo screen.
I checked with support and it seems like you have a new case created. My best advice is to keep an open communication with them so they can provide you with more details about your situation.
I suggest you check if you can update the Fitbit app too and then try again to pair your watch to the Fitbit app in case you still haven't tried to follow this step.

Unfortunately I have tried everything to reset the watch with no joy.
I have gone ahead and ordered a new one.
