My Fitbit Sense suddenly will not charge. It’s about 6 months old. Any suggestions?

Hi @Emma1103 - the most common problems for this are the watch contacts need cleaning or the charge cable is faulty - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thank you! I did try to gently clean the charging prongs as well as the
backside of the watch. That didn’t work. I’ve also just ordered a new
charger to see if that may be it. I don’t see anything else wrong with the
Sense itself. So keeping my fingers crossed --

@Emma1103 - you can edit your previous post by clicking on the 3 dots or hidden box to the right of the date/time of your post.
This is a public site and it is not advisable to post your private details.
Did you check the 4 prongs on the charge cable carefully, the likely issue.

I did. But I will also try again. I’m legally blind so careful inspection
is a little challenging for me --

@LizzyFitbit - thanks for the editing
@Emma1103 - you may find this clock face from @RisoSystems useful for getting the best from your watch.
It reads out the time and date using vibrations, just touching the watch corner gives you the relevant hours, minutes etc..

Guy, thanks for the mention. This week I replaced two of my earlier faces for persons with vision challenges - I use both of them myself.
Riso CEZ replaces my earlier CEZ X-Large and CEZ XXL. It has a 2-line display with extremely large text - big enough for me to read when I take off my glasses. The text size is selectable in Settings and in the XXL setting splits time and date into two lines so the largest possible font can be used.
Here's the time display with and without the XXL option:
Thanks again for the mention.
