Sense tracking data incorrectly since 3.64 to 3.65 update on iOS

Since manually updating my watch (not the software) per the apps request about a month ago. I assume it was when the apps version went from 3.64 to 3.65. My Fitbit Sense says I walked up a flight of stairs and I haven't. It says I am up for 2 to 4 hours every night and I have to delete the first log, edit the second log to stretch the time backwards to the time I actually fell asleep. It shows that I have walked 500 steps in my bed, ceiling fan ensures that is not possible, and I am laying besides the casual turn from one side to another.

Things tried (I may miss something as I have done A LOT):

I switched from non-dominant to dominant wrist

Cleaned the bottom of watch with Q-tips and Isopropyl

Bought a Velcro band to get better fit on my wrist (the notched kind is too tight or too loose)

Change Sleep Sensitivity to Sensitive and back to Normal

Pushed the watch up two fingers from wrist and tightened the band

Reinstalled Fitbit on iPhone

Deleted the watch from my account

Factory reset the watch

Deleted the information entered in Time Asleep Goal, Bedtime, Wake up time, and turned off Reminder for bed to force the watch to find my sleep more accurately

Factory reset my iPhone

Wore my wife's iWatch and it registered my sleep correctly

You can see in the picture what it is doing, the days that do not have the split, I have edited.

After contacting Fitbit support and explaining all the troubleshooting I did (***this was not a pleasant experience***), Fitbit is sending an RMA replacement (refurbished?). Going on day two and the Sense watch still has not been picked up from Fitbit by UPS.

Contact Support if your issues are of this magnitude. Be prepared to be unimpressed but power through it and eventually they will fix the problem. I had to make mutliple phone calls and chat attempts to get Fitbit to do something.

I set the watch to Sensitive in Sleep settings and put the original band back on (which I have done already) and the app says I did not sleep last night. but I got over 8 hours and feel amazing today.

Join the club! So dissatisfied with the Sense. I had the Versa up until a month ago and never had an issue.

Mine doesn't track accurately as well. Today it says I slept until 7:14 am. I fed my dog, ground beans and made coffee and breakfast and it's only 7:03 am. Didn't realize the discrepancy until I read your post.

Fitbit still has not shipped my replacement. When I thought the wrongful treatment towards me from Fitbit was over, they just keep making this experience one of the worst.

My watch is doing the same thing. Did you ever get it resolved? Did the replacement watch work better?

Yes. They replaced my watch. I just got it today but the new watch is doing things the old defective watch did not do. I had to jump through some majorly hurdles for them to replace it. It took about a week for my replacement to come in the USPS mail. I suggest to call during Monday - Friday business hours. If you do not like what you hear, hang up and call back. Eventually they will push you off to email where they troubleshoot with you and when they deem necessary, a replacement will be issued.

By chance, did you buy your watch on Amazon?

So, did the replacement solve your problem?
I have only had my watch for a week and have 30 days to return it (Amazon).
But if these issues are common with the Sense and the next watch does the
same then I will go for a refund rather than a replacement.

Return it. They already deleted my previous reply. Crooks!
