Sense tracks exercise even though I’m sleeping

I’ve had my Sense for two weeks. So far I’m underwhelmed. The first night I was wearing it, I woke up and it said I had been exercising for nearly three hours. My heart rate was 57bpm. Multiple times a day it starts recording a workout even though I’m not doing anything. I’m  also having many problems syncing with my iPad and iPhone. It’s starting to look like the Sense has way too many bugs. I’m considering returning it. I’m a long term Fitbit user and love the app, but right now am extremely frustrated. I tried to contact Fitbit support (through a chat) and was told to expect an email.....still waiting. 
Also the steps don’t come near to what my Charge 3 was tracking, the weather thing doesn’t work, no way to track body temperature by a chart, the phone and texts connect intermittently......the list is long. It would be nice if there was some kind of customer support. What good is Fitbit premium when the tracker doesn’t even track accurately?

I’ve had multiple times when it starts recording a workout while I’m at rest. One morning I was just getting up and it said my heart rate was 120bpm. I checked it on my pulse oximeter and it was 59bpm. I think I’m going to return it. Too much money for something that doesn’t work right. Too bad....I thought it was going to be really cool.

My boyfriend and I both just returned ours and got the Garmin Fenix 6, it’s so much better in every way, shame, the Fitbit was so exciting at first but ended up a huge let down.
