Sense update is running a long time

My Sense update indicates 1/2 complete according to the half circle around the logo. When I try to exit the white screen on my pixel  2XL it says "The firmware update is in progress, please wait." It has been running for over an hour. What should I do?

Hi @stanhilliard - it would seem you are using Bluetooth to do the update rather than wifi [which is a lot quicker]. It will have worked no doubt but you might want to sort out your wifi connection for the future, found in the Fitbit App, click profile photo, device photo, wifi setup at the bottom.
