Sense voice replies doesn't work

Voice input when trying to answer text fails....a lot. It says it's not connected when it really is... Sometimes it says it sent the texts when it didn't...

It is a pain

Hi @l0ta. It's good to see you around.

 

Thanks for letting me know that the voice replies function isn't working well on the Sense. Just to confirm, do you have the Bluetooth enabled and the Fitbit app running in the background when using this function? Also, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone.

 

In the meantime, give a try to the following steps:

  1. Remove the Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your watch.
  3. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  4. Tap your Profile picture > Sense and double check if the notifications are enabled.
  5. On the Sense, swipe to left and open the Settings app > Vibration & Audio. Make sure the Microphone setting is turned on.
  6. Try using the voice replies function one more time and let me know how it goes.
