Sense water log not matching with Fitbit app

Hello, I am a new owner of Fitbit device and I have the Sense model and I find this tool to be exciting and making me more motivated to do workouts.  Quick question though, why is the water log on the device not matching the app on my iPhone.  I noticed that the device resets to 0 whenever I log the amount on the app and reach around 48-64 fl oz.  Thanks for any feedback or tips to resolve the bug.

Welcome, @Asyong. It's great to have a new member on board.

I'm glad your Sense is keeping you motivated to live an active lifestyle. While it's odd the water logs aren't matching, may I know if the same happens when logging your water intake on your watch? In the meantime, please give a try to the following:

  1. Remove your Sense from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Log your water on the Fitbit app one more time, sync and check your details on your Sense.
