@reefgirl are you able to adjust it to swim on the app? I'm not that familiar with the swim exercise functions, but when my fitbit logs a workout as something else, i typically just change the log and it updates.

Best AnswerMe too! I just got my Sense a few weeks ago.....and it didn't detect my swimming. I called Fitbit, they were great and ultimately sent me a replacement as they assumed the Sense was defective. The new one just arrived and it didn't pick up my swim either!!! Did you get your issue resolved?

Best AnswerI've only had my Sense for 3 days after my charge 3 screen went black and couldn't be retrieved. I'm having lots of problems with it, particularly with logging my swims.
If I tap the swimming bit in exercise, it won't then stop timing. The screen freezes and keeps counting.
Today I left it to auto recognise my swimming and again it continued for 15 minutes after I'd finished which made my length time absolutely appalling!
I can't get onto live chat and my direct message hasn't been answered. I am getting very frustrated!!
