Sense will not track steps or heart rate

Good afternoon.  My Sense is about 2 years old.  A great fitness watch and timepiece.  Two days ago, it went to the Fitbit logo and stayed for about 12 hours.  Now it will not track steps or show my heart rate.  No lights on the bottom of the watch.  It will charge, take phone calls, show all notifications and I can even change the watch face.  Just no steps, heart rate and no motion.  When I move it, the watch face no longer shows.  I have learned that the always on display has a pretty cool analog watch face that really does not use a lot of battery power!  🙂

  I have tried all the normal steps.  Disconnecting, restarting, removing completely from the iPhone and even tried a factory reset this morning.  I was gonna do a rollback on the firmware but could not figure that one out.  Everything I have done, leads me back to Nope, nada nuttin....

  Any other suggestions before I move on to the next step with a new Amaztim?  Thanks y'all.

Have you done a factory reset of the watch?  How about contact Support (link is at the bottom of the page)?
