I had that same problem and followed all the YouTube suggestions for cleaning both the charger and watch and did not work. I bought a new charger and it charged right up. My Fitbit is about 3 years old too. I have the sense.

My sense also stopped working after around 3 years. I have tried cleaning it, tried another charger but it is dead. It was at 63% charge when it died so I knew it wasn't the charger. I also begrudge buying a replacement fitbit, they should last longer than 3 years for the money (although there are good offers on at the minute)

Hi @Jooly - to make sure check in the Fitbit App when it last synced, it could have been a while ago and the battery may only actually need charging.
See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen hopefully it is just that, a common problem, much less expensive to replace.

Best AnswerHi @guy
Thanks, have done all that, it was working one minute then stopped. I did get some response when I put it on the charger at first - it showed 63% when I tapped the screen, vibrated a bit but now nothing. No heat, no vibrations, no lights. Have tried 2 different charging cables, different plugs.
Unfortunately it is as dead as a dodo. Disappointed as I did quite like it 😞

@Jooly - try using s PC as the power source and listen to sounds to see if it stays connected.
While on charge carefully hold the button for s full 10 seconds to see if it restarts.
Also check in the Fitbit App to see if it syncing still. And if so try changing clock face.
The watch could be faulty, especially if it got wet.

Best Answer"The watch could be faulty, especially if it got wet." - this I don't understand. It tracks swimming so why would it have a problem getting wet?
No sound from laptop
No response when pressing for 10 seconds
No synching in fitbit app - last time it synced was the day it stopped working.
Thanks anyway @Guy_

Best AnswerMy fit bit died last night it was plugged in….and making a weird rhythmic bussing sound with the exclamation point on screen …it changed the screen to a smile and died. Fitbit app on my iPad is all white..no data no info just word Fitbit and white screen. It dead. I’m now wearing a gold watch which I can see the screen and time…and I am not going to get another fit bit…it was fun but some relationships have to end
