Purchased my Sense a year ago..Abruptly stopped charging..Tried all troubleshooting steps..still the battery shows as 0%..Kindly guide what to do ?

Hi @drjain1984 - there are several reasons for 0%. Make sure it is not a watch problem first by following all instructions here How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Have you tried the tips and recommendations provided by @Guy_?
Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely, like in your case). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working. Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.
When it has had two hours, try the restarting your Sense. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Check the connector, that connects to the nsck of the watch. I found that 1 of the 4 pins was stuck. In down position. You feel the push in and spring back. I purchased a replacement at walmart. Worked ever sense.
