Mine too! I was able to charge it initially, but it started telling me to use a different outlet, which I did, still no luck. I used a different USB port and it worked for a couple days then stopped. I used another port, same thing! At first I thought it burned the ports out but I can still use them to charge my iPhones but not my Fitbit.
I'm having same issue must be maybe Fitbit software it's self I'm wondering has anyone contacted Fitbit themselves.

Yeah spoke to chat line after trying cleaning it and different power points still no different but weird how all happen round same day and is it all sense watches brought last Xmas when arrived out. As mines just over 12 months old as was Xmas present 2020.
Ha Linda yeah had good results from Fitbit quick on helping. How u go with new cable did it fix the problem with recharging as interested in knowing. Someone on forum mentioned one of pins on charger which never paid attention when first got that one pin not fully out think they said left bottom or right bottom but said it's not as high as other three but mine was very much same as all I couldn't see difference.
Best AnswerI’m also having this issue, as well as the “charging slowly, try a different outlet” message. It doesn’t matter where I plug it in though - it doesn’t seem to help. I will try cleaning the charger and the back of the phone. If that doesn’t work, I will call customer service for a new charger. I just bought this phone in September 2021, so this is not cool.
Thank you for your reply. I found the problem! One of the tiny posts on the charger cord that attaches to the back of the Fitbit was too short! Customer service sent me a new cord and it’s charging beautifully.
Best AnswerI’m so glad that you found the solution to your issue!
I cleaned the back of my watch with an old toothbrush and rubbing alcohol, and the nubs on the charger with a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol per the FitBit troubleshooting tips, and replugged it in, and it did charge to 100%. So that’s good.
I will say though that I also checked the nubs on the charger, and there is one that is way shorter than the other, so if this problem happens again, I will likely be requesting a replacement charger.
I also waited a really long time to download the FitBit update because the last time I updated my older model (I think it was a versa lite?), the screen died the next day. (Luckily, it was still under warranty, so they sent me a new watch right away. The customer service and turn-around time were very good.) With this watch (the sense), the battery charging issue - with it not charging when it was plugged in - began the day after I updated the watch. I had been getting the “charging slowly, try another outlet” message for a long time, but it always charged to 100%, even if it took a while. I think there are bugs introduced every time there is an update. Not just with FitBit, but with iPhones and anything technological.
