Mine won't charge either. It is only a couple months old and everything else seems to be working fine. I'm using the same charger that I always have used and even tried different USB ports.

Suggest you call or use Chat with Support. They can confirm it is not working and replace it with warranty. Good Luck!

@ymc Have you wiped the charger pins? Those are known to have a poor connection. Clean wipe with an alcohol pad or a "dirty" wipe with saliva on a finger gets the connection going for me.
I have a USB meter to see the charge numbers on my devices. The top pic is a poor connection with only 0.075A and 0.378W. The bottom pic I did a quick wipe and connected it again (you can tell by the only 30 seconds difference) and the improvements were immediate with 0.232A and 1.172W. At that rate, it's fast charging and I can get about 2.2% battery per minute.

I always use isopropyl alcohol with a cotton round to clean the back of the watch. Then I use a dipped
q-tip to clean the watch areas where the cable prongs are accepted. I also use a dipped q-tip for cable prongs. I never did a dirty wipe. 🤣
I still get from time to time the slow charge announcement. If I reposition the cable and turn the watch on it’s side during the charge it usually fixes it.
I also use the SimpleWatchPro face. I love the fact it
give me a charge history as well as expected time til full charge. Also the charge status is referenced. There is also an option to leave the face with charge progression illuminated while attached to the cable and charging.

I just received my new Sense as a replacement for my recalled Ionic (which worked great). I charged it initially and had a little trouble with it, had to wiggle the cable. Wore it almost a week, went to charge it, and nothing. So it died. Tried all the suggested tricks (even though it was brand new). Called and had them send a replacement- they only sent the body of the watch, nothing else. THAT one won't work either. So I'm guessing it's either the charger or two bad watches. I'm really frustrated and almost sorry I bought it.
