My sense wont charge 

being told by Chat its a software issue ??? and wait for a month for update?!!!

no public notice - All internal for now 😛

@Scotthyde Thanks for the details, as well as the time taken in contacting our Support team. I'm sorry you're having this experience with your Sense. As our friend mentioned, could you check if there is a proper connection between the pins of your charging cable and your watch? If that's correct, I'd recommend replying back to our team as they have specialized tools that will allow them to evaluate your watch's behavior. I appreciate your feedback and please keep an open communication with them.
