Sense won't charge

Replace charging cable for my year old Fitbit sense....charged it last week with the new cable and now today.....when the battery was at about 18 percent....put it on the new charging cable which is plugged into a power strip plugged into a regular wall outlet. What could be wrong?  I even cleaned the back of the sense before I put it on the charging cable.

I put my Fitbit sense on the charger this morning when it’s 6%. It’s now at 0% and won’t charge. I’m so frustrated by this! I understand where you are coming from. I believe Fitbit had a design flaw when they put the charger ports on the same side as the sensors.
