My FitBit Sense stopped charging two days ago suddenly. I have tried all the tips on the community, but it is still sitting at 0 % charge. This FitBit Sense is just over a year old and I can't believe it is failing already

Thanks Guy for your comprehensive reply. I checked the pins and found that one of the pins is faulty as it is recessed in the housing (you might be able to see this in the close up picture which is a bit fuzzy). I am assuming that this fault has caused the problem. I have had slow charging warnings in recent weeks but I didn't know what the problem was as I tried various ports. Any thoughts on how to fix this fault?Pin fault

Hi @Nocharging -. The charge cable can't be repaired. The resolution was given in the initial post.
