My fitbit is not charging. It's dead

Hi @Pmoccia  - there are certain things that stop it charging, see the guides in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

 

Sometimes if the watch does not have a fault it can be easily fixed.
