Sense won't charge

Why is Fitbit sense not charging?

Have tried other ports and still not charging. I need urgent help please.

Please, If this is related to the battery, please make sure that you've followed the steps provided in this article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? 

If the device is charging, but the screen is completely black, make sure that you've also completed the restart procedure described here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Mine was stuck in the logo screen. I let it die thinking that might help. Now it won’t charge and I’ve tried everything

I've been informed that you already contacted the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.

@ManuFitbit  Yes. I contacted customer support. They let me know that an email would be sent to me with instructions on how to solve my problem. When the email arrived it notified me my device was out of warranty and included a discount code for a new device. I was not given a solution. I still am experiencing an unresponsive device that will only show the logo and will not restart. The same problem that many are posting about and that happened in a similar timeframe.

The support service of FitBit is not good enough.

Mine did that. Then I realized one of the 4 little prongs on the charging cord was missing.  Bought a new one at Best Buy.
