My sense was stopped working despite leaving this for charging and it doesn’t charge no lights up or any function works not sure what to do it looks perfectly find

Hi @AADY. Please take a close look at your Sense charger before giving up. Look at the charging pins. Make sure all the pins look the same and that one didn't get depressed into the charger. Many users have seen this. You don't say whether your battery has shown signs of age or not. But this is something you should look at if this was 'all of a sudden' behavior.

Hi Laurie. I am having the same problem, except I get a temperature gauge on the face (with a triangle behind it) that is either red or blue OR it shows the fitbit symbol. The charger looks ok.
It will not restart either. When I press and hold the side that restarts it, nothing happens.
I cleaned the area on the back where the pins connect and it shows the Fitbit symbol but there is no life.

I would think that if it isn't turning on, then you cannot restart it. I'm having the same problem and cannot restart it, but I will look at the other link about why it won't charge.
