My Fitbit won’t charge. I’ve cleaned the device and the charger as directed in instructions but still not charging. What else should I do?

The symptom is the same (stuck pin at one corner). I'll call my reseller to replace this one. Luckily I have a 2 year guarantee. 🙂

I just purchased my THIRD sense charger because of the “pin” problem! The cost with tax is just shy of $25. It really seems like something more should be done to fix the problem other than forcing people to keep buying a new charger. At this additional cost as often as it happens it would be cheaper to purchase your competitors watch. I’d like to know if there will be a remedy to this problem in the near future and if for now shouldn’t there be a discount (a big discount) on repeatedly purchasing these pin chargers. I can’t seem to even find a phone number to speak to a real person about this HUGE problem. If you can put a phone number here it would be appreciated.

I just purchased my 3rd charger for the pin problem. They should have a recall on this! Why are they making millions of extra dollars on these pin problems! And they offer ZERO discounts on the chargers! This is almost like a theft when they know the problem is huge and just keep selling this model.

I just purchased MY THIRD charger because of their pin problem. At some point there should be a recall instead of forcing people to purchase more cables. My biggest question is WHY ARE THEY STILL SELLING THEM (the sense) when they know this problem hasn’t been fixed! Everyone should be refunded their money and could decide if they want a different model or use that money at a different company, it’s useless if it can’t be dependable and waiting for the new cable. Yeah I’m a bit angry esp because they keep selling the sense to unsuspecting new customers who have no idea how often you have to keep spending $25 additional dollars to keep using this LEMON

LEMON ? I'm dutch, is this code for crap? You konw the profit is in the "add on". There's something curious about the charger. The pins have wrong springs. But the charging is also saying "slow charging" , no matter what I do. It looks like the charger doesn't like a firm adapter. So there's another problem with the charger. Or with the fitbit.

Tried a new charger that I had to purchase just a week after the warranty date. The new charger does not work either. It seems the watch is dead already. Seems like a lot of money is spent for a short life span. Fitbit's answer was to buy another and they will give me a code for 35% off the price of the watch only. 😞

Hi @Jeff_Ret. - silly as it seems it may not be the power source but the cable or even watch cleaning can be the problem. See How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

I am now on my 4th charger in 18 months. The 2nd was free as I contacted customer services because the watch was under a year old, however the replacement was a reconditioned charger and not a new one and only lasted a few months. In fact it never worked very well from day one. Disgusted.
