Sense won't charge

I just got a replacement Sense yesterday and it came charged at 45%. I went through the set up and that part worked fine, but by last night it was down to 20%. I tried to charge it and got nothing. I cleaned both the watch and the charger and still nothing. I bought a new charger that was delivered today and nothing. I tried a factory reset, but now it’s at 6% so it won’t do anything! I am getting super frustrated!

Hi @ELeiser That is very bad luck,  but you will need to contact Fitbit Support  again.

I’m on my second replacement and it’s done it again also.  Only after about 6 weeks
