My Fitbit app has not updated on my iPhone 11 all day.the app always says it’s looking. When I try to connect to my home network it says it doesn’t see any networks. I see it isn’t connect via Bluetooth either. Cant seem to find any advise on how to get things synced up again.
Any ideas appreciated
Best AnswerI hate to sound ignorant, but can you give a better instruction? I’ve looked all over the Fitbit app and don’t see anything called Settings or Shutdown.
BTW, I deleted the reinstalled the app and nothing changed. I have also restarted the phone.
Issue is resolved! I called Fitbit Support. They had me do a hard reset and the Sense synced up again.

Sometimes a simple shutdown of the phone and/or Sense is enough to get notifications or a sync to work.
Please remember that both devices are computers.
Best AnswerI've signed out & back into the app. deleted and reinstalled the app, and restarted the Sense. Each time I started getting notifications, but they stopped with a day or less. I just had my third call to Fitbit support and they said I will get contacted by the warranty department. She wouldn't explain more, but I think that means it cannot be fixed. I'm out of warranty, but have a three year Asurion warranty on it, so I'll wait and see what the warranty department says.
