Hi @Teak24 - you may have all features turned on. Features such as snore detection and the SpO2 tracker app (see Gallery tile) can use as much as 4 days of the battery life alone.

Best AnswerI do NOT have all the features turned on! Even if I did, that needs improvement because there should be no features that drain the battery that quick! What is the use of having a watch that has those features only to use it as a watch because the features drain the battery?!
I wish I had never upgraded!
This issue needs fixing!

I didn't use the link but I did check my account. I was not using any of the features you have mentioned.

@Teak24- some of the features are there by default, even if you don't see them, further checking may turn up the cause as it is common to miss them and only get 2 days per charge.
I have mine turned off / removed and get at least 5 days per charge.
Example days days betweeb charges

Best AnswerI have checked, none of the settings you've mentioned are on. I'm not sure what else you are asking me to do.
How do you find the stats in your photo? Ie. The charge start/stop and autonomy?

@Teak24- in the Fitbit App sleep tile, settings do you see Snore detection? if so remove it.

Best AnswerAgain, I have checked, the Snore detection is not on. I have also checked, the SpO2 app is not installed. I'm not sure why I am needing to repeat that every time.

@Teak24 - as you don't use SpO2 or snore detection there may be a problem.
Sync and try a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it fully.
Also you can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support in case it is necessary to go further with a factory reset as last resort. They can check your battery performance.
