Hi @Dneez - could you give a bit more detail, such as if it gets hot when charging and whether it is a Sense or a Sense 2 and if you tried holding the button for a full 10 seconds? Does it sync with the Fitbit App - it may not if it hasn't actually charged, due to a problem with the charge cable or power supply - see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
