My Fitbit sense stopped working at 45% battery yesterday and won't turn on even if I charge it for hours.
No lights at the bottom/back suggests it is kind of dead.
@support please can you help me with this asap?
I have seen something similar with my Fitbit Versa before where it died in similar way never to recover. I was told it was a firmware issue.
Please can you come back to me asap.

Hi, @VM1982! This is a Forum, if you would like to contact Fitbit Support, which is what I think you should do, I would suggest you do it directly through the link provided. You tagged a random user.

Hi @VM1982 - before giving up on the watch do check the charging, it may simply be the watch needs charging. see How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Thanks for your suggestion. It appears the watch has indeed died. I tried the steps you have suggested and support also had a fee steps. However it did not work. Nevertheless I did try.
As my watch is within Warrenty, FitBit are to send a replacement.
