Sense won’t swipe and reset does not help

Sense screen frozen and won’t swipe up, down, left or right. 10 second reset and changing the clock face does not work. Can’t get to exercise screen to track anything so relying on the Fitbit picking up exercise after 10 mins. 

Can’t get to ‘Setting’ to do a factory reset.  Help needed please? …. ☺️

Thank you so much for reporting that your Sense screen is frozen and for all your efforts.
