My Sense was working perfectly but this morning it shows most features, but they don’t work. Does not display time and will not sync.

None of the other features were working, they were showing but did nothing.
I pressed the button for longer than 10 seconds and reset the watch.
That did the trick.
Thanks for taking the time to respond.

Hi,
You could check with a swipe right to get to Quick Settings, that Sleep or Do not disturb or Always on are enabled and disable them and enable writs action.
In general if the watch is causing a problem the best thing is to do a Shutdown, wait 10 seconds and place it on the charger to restart it, or push the button, this should eliminate any corruption on the watch.
Also if you can get it to sync try a different clock face if it's still not showing the time.

Hi there, @AndyMurdock. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
Keep in mind that your Sense may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If by any chance you are running into syncing issues, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
Hope that helps.
