I have specific reasons for having paid the large amount and upgraded to the Sense. Suddenly my SpO2 is no longer able to obtain data.Im really frustrated as I upgraded for full cost from Versa lite. I'm just tired of the issues.then hours in phone trying to fix. Asking for replacement, suddenly chat drops, go through all the steps again get to finish line chat drops. That's why I stopped fighting and just purchased my Sense, been loving it till now. I work 75+ hrs week have a child on hospice I don't have the time for this bull**ahem**

Hi @TW49. Thanks for participating in the Community Forums.

I've moved your posts to this new thread to keep our team informed of this situation. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, as well as trying to get in touch with our Support team.  I understand how frustrating this can be as your Sense should be tracking all your data correctly if the requirements were met. Given this situation, could you confirm if the issue is with the SpO2 data not appearing in the Today app on the watch? Or is the Health Metrics tile the one not showing this data? Have you made sure to have your watch and the Fitbit app updated? Also, may I know the model and OS/software version of your phone? These details will help me to further investigate.

About the chat interaction getting disconnected, we appreciate your feedback and will be passed along so we can work on this. Please make sure to use this link every time you want to get in touch with our Support team for further assistance.

See you around.

Hello TW49. I can understand your frustrations. There is no data recorded on my Sense since Sunday (7/4). I did have this issue before and I changed my clock to a SpO2 clock face. Once the clock updated on my Sense I saw my SpO2 data from the previous night (which didn't show on my Health Metrics section on the app). I just did this today, so I am hoping since my watch now reads the SpO2 data, it will sync with the app and the Health metrics section on the app will update for tonight's reading so I can see it tomorrow.

Hi. I am having a similar issue. My SPO2 data shows on the clock face but not in Health Metrics. App and tracker updated. Was in contact with support 3x and after troubleshooting, restarting, etc have been told that this is something they are working on. For now I am only be able to view my SPO2 data on the SPO2 clockface.

Same here, no SpO2 data the last 2 days on the android app, but they are available in de watch Today overview. Again a glitch somewhere at FitBit?

I've done the following steps to get the SpO2 level of the past 2 days in the android app:

  • Restarted the sense
  • At the same time hard stopped the android app and cleared it's cache.
  • Synced when sense was active again

All's well again for the moment.
