Sense won't turn on or charge

Power the watch and the logo came one for 5 minutes then screen went blank. Placed on the charger and it's not charging. What else can I do. I only had my watch for 1 year and some months.

Before considering other options, please confirm that you've restarted your Sense as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?

If the restart doesn't work, confirm that you've also tried the following steps:

• Clean the charging contacts on the back of your Sense using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
• If the error "insufficient power source" appears on your device's screen, remove other devices plugged in to your power source, or plug your device in to another source.
• Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
• Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
• Restart your Fitbit once again. For more information, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

I've cleaned the back of the watch, charger, switch the outlet. And nothing happens when I push & hold the button.
