Hi there, @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Sense.
In addition to the steps recommended by @Guy_, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope this helps.

It's off and won't turn back on... can't change the clockface while it's off, so.
Cleaned the 4 connection spots on the back, cleaned & checked the charger, tried using a different plug in for charger... tried pushing buttons, holding buttons for 10 seconds...
I did not have snore or any other battery draining functions on, it usually lasts 2-3 days between charges and was at 48% when I went to sleep. When I woke up it was unresponsive and charging it for an hour did nothing.
It remains completely unresponsive.
Suspicious that it died exactly 2 yrs since I bought it 🤔

You should be able to change the clock face in the Fitbit app gallery, which interfaces with the watch.
See if that works

@SunsetRunner - a sudden battery drain is normally indicative of a fault, most often water getting in or firmware issue only if you just updated it.
If the charge cable is fine and it's not charging it has probably died.
