Sense won't turn on

Just tried to look at my watch. Thought it was dead. It won't sync, turn on or charge. How do I fix this?

Thanks for the info. It's not going to be an issue any longer. I'm returning it. Had bought a Sense 2 until I found out it wasn't any better than the Charge 5, and got this on the 4th. Very disappointed in this company.

Did they all die at the exact same time? Mine last synced at 3pm today and then became a brick. 😔

I wouldn't worry about this anymore. Based on the lack of communication
about 3rd party apps, I've returned any fitbit products I can and closed my
account. It should be deleted in the next 6 days. I will never own a
fitbit product again. I am appalled by the lack of transparency and the
blatelant false advertising that this company has done.

I would like to point out that i had to eactivate my account solely to clarify this.

 

 

 

I did not purchase a Charge 5. I no longer own any Fitbit products. I had also reminded people that they should delete personal data from their accounts.  This is not in itself inflammatory.

My Sense quit last week and won't turn back on when I was charging it.  No soultion from Fitbit chat.  Advised me to buy a new charging cable which didn't fix the problem.  Nothing more than a paperweight now.  Never again will I buy another Fitbit with many problems over various ones owned.
