Factory default = setting on my watch lacks many functions including heart rate

 

Fitbit says reset to factory setting but does not pay attention "factory setting" is THE issue

Hi @Valengist  - try again via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and get them to help with the factory reset via the button.

 

Btw. On a sense there is no heart rate option in Settings.
