Sleep restoration graph

I have the Fitbit versa and iPhone XR. In the last week, it has stopped showing me the sleep restoration graph in the app. I think the data is there as shows sleeping heart rate and % above/below this during night but no graph. I can see people have had similar issues in the past fixed by an app update. Is an app update needed to fix this? I checked App Store and I have latest version 3.40.1

Same with Sense. My app is up to date. Restoration graph has been blank for 3 days.

Same problem here.

I also have the same problem. How long does it usually take to get a ‘fix’?

Should have said it’s a Sense.....

Mine has been doing this same thing for almost a couple weeks now. I’ve tried to restart and nothing is working. Please help, need a fix.

Since the latest app update (version 3.41), all my analytics are now working, all graphs are now showing up in the app.

I didn’t either but out of frustration went to the App Store to confirm my version vs current. The app page in the store had a button labeled “update”, so I did. However, I never received any proactive notification.

When I got my Sense I set it up on my iPhone, which is running with Version 3.40.1. It is here that I have a problem with the actual data for sleep restoration showing, but not the graph. It is still the case, no change.
But when I look at the Fitbit App on my iPad, which is where I originally set up my previous watches, it is suggesting that I need to update to Version 3.40.1 but even on this older version I can actually see all the data AND the graph! How frustrating.
I wonder if I update to the new Version, will it stop showing me the graph? Let’s see......

Well I’ve answered my own question......as suspected, I’ve just updated my iPad to Version 3.40.1 and now my Sleep Restoration graph has stopped working here as well! Great!

does anyone know how to get someone from Fitbit to actual sort the problem out?

Thanks

I reached out by email to Fitbit.  If I hear something you will be the first to know!

Thank you so much!

I had reached out to Fitbit and they must of created an update fix. I updated the version through app store, which it wasn’t available yesterday, now it’s fixed.

That also worked for me. However the Breathing Rate Data is still not appearing. That probably needs a firmware update.

The first day or two after I did the update my breathing rate data also disappeared, but reappeared after that. Don’t remember doing anything to effect that, other than maybe rebooting the Sense. Everything seems to be working several days later, except the “floors” metric still has major trouble scoring accurately (eg even sitting still my floors number increases).

I had this same problem but once I updated to the newest iOS on my phone it started working properly again.
