Slight sparkling lights on the Sense screen

Hi,

 

Has anybody noticed a slight ‘sparkling’ on the top of the screen, especially noticeable on the notifications screen.

Hi @MattCUK and @Rich_Laue. It's nice to see you around the forums!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To further investigate on my end, please let me know how often does this happen? Have you noticed if they appear after you do a specific action? If possible, please take a picture of the Sense screen showing those sparkles on the top of the screen and attach it to your reply. Also, if you've not done so, please restart your watch.

I'll look forward to your response.

Thank you, here are 3 pictures that shows it. They seem to appear on all the screens then go after a while. I have restarted the watch as well.

My sparkles, only have seen them a few times, spear at the top and last a second at the most.

It's a watchface by Reno, when you start walking etc the egg will hatch into an animal

That's very unusual. I wouldn't accept this at all. Have you contacted Fitbit and asked for a replacement? You have 45 days to return the watch if you purchased direct from them, and after that it is under warranty. If it were me, I would have them replace the watch. 

 

I hope you get this sorted out.

@MattCUK, thanks for sharing pictures of your Sense screen. @Rich_Laue, thank you also for sharing more details about your watch. While I understand that you've seen these sparkles in other screens, may I know if the same happens when having a different clock face installed? If you've not done so, please try changing the clock face to one from Fitbit and keep me posted with the outcome.

@JerryIonic, thanks for stopping by to help our members. Your post is very helpful and I'm sure other members will think the same when experiencing a similar issue.

Hi @LizzyFitbit sorry for the delay in replying, I've changed it to one of the Fibit clock faces and the same is still happening (just to the right of the little shoe)
