Snore & noise detect

I have had the sense for 5 days.  First night it recorded my sleep quality (how many times I was awake, etc) but nothing for snoring (my husband says I snore every night).  Rest of the nights nothing under sleep quality e.g. time awake, restless, etc. but it does show me the lines in the graph where I was restless.  Snore detect is on as is the microphone and permissions.  Nothing has recorded and I am unable to open the snore and noise detect on my phone in premium.  I have already reinstalled the app and restarted my phone.  Any help would be appreciated.
